The beginning of an addiction

This is Leoni's first encounter with ice cream. We decided to have some ice cream at Baskin Robbins, and she had some with us. I think she enjoyed it. If she liked it as much as her mom likes ice cream, this may become an addiction.

Menu

Leoni found this little recipe book, all in Arabic, that came in the paper towels. She carries it around everywhere, even when she's eating, which makes it look more like a menu.

Almost 14 months...but going on 70

After church one day, Leoni decided to accessorize with mom's necklace & one of her sun hats. I think she looks like a little old lady.

Swimming

Now that temperatures have kept creeping up, we are taking advantage of the opportunities to swim. Luckily, we have friends who live in compounds with very nice swimming facilities.

Baby Bear

If you haven't noticed, Leoni's best friend is baby bear. She hates to go anywhere without him, although I rarely let her take him out in public.
